Tuesday 6/22 - Move In/Check In Day- Early Arrival

12:00-  Barns open for arrival

4:00 pm-6:00 pm- Check In Begins

9:00 pm- Barns close for Move In

 Wednesday 6/23

8:00 am - Barn opens

9:00-12:00pm - Check In cattle/contests (Cattle substitutions due by 2pm) 

*All Cattle Must be Checked in by 12pm

12:00 pm - Lunch provided

1:30 pm - Judging Contest

4:00 pm - Public Speaking (Schedule will be posted)/Skill-A-Thon (closes at 6pm)*Banquet Hall

6:30pm - Dinner provided

Thursday 6/24

7:30 am - Breakfast/Welcome

8:00 am - AJSR Showmanship

-Seniors

-Intermediate

-Junior

 Showmanship finals

Bred and Owned Show

  1. Percentage B & O Show - Females then Bulls
  2.  Purebred B & O Show - Females then Bulls

12:00 pm - Lunch provided

2:00 pm - Cattleman’s Quiz/ Sales Talk

6:30 pm- Dinner provided

7:00 pm - Barn Olympics

7:00pm - Scholarship Interviews

 

Friday 6/25:

7:30 am - Breakfast

8:00 am: AJSR Owned Show

  • Percentage females then Bulls
  •  Purebred females then Bulls

12:00 pm – Lunch

6:00 pm : AJSR Awards Banquet
